Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to provide legal support and guidance to clients primarily in Personal Injury Law. The successful candidate will advise clients on legal matters, strategize on case resolutions, and ensure the timely preparation of legal documents.

Job Duties:

• Provide legal support and guidance to clients in Personal Injury Law matters.
• Advise clients on best legal practices and behaviors
• Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs
• Find ethical solutions to legal matters
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding legal options and possible outcomes.
• Strategize on resolving clients' cases favorably
• Stay informed about current legislation and legal developments
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients
• Prepare legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings, and contracts accurately and on time
• Assist clients with the execution of agreements
• Prioritize professionalism and client representation
• Stay knowledgeable about federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
• Manage cases involving Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admission to the Arizona State Bar
• 2-4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
• Management experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize client service and representation
