Duties:

  • Handle corporate leasing matters, including negotiation and drafting of lease agreements.
  • Manage real estate portfolios and provide legal guidance on property-related issues.
  • Oversee construction-related legal aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts.
  • Facilitate property acquisition and disposition transactions, including due diligence and contract drafting.
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate financing and investment strategies.
  • Structure and negotiate real estate joint ventures, addressing legal complexities and ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute expertise to development and redevelopment projects, addressing legal challenges and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, joint ventures, and/or development and redevelopment.
  • Strong academic credentials in law with a focus on real estate law.
  • Solid experience in sophisticated real estate law matters.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
