Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support for R&D and corporate operations
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of agreements
- Identify and implement business process improvements
- Develop and present training on relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain frequent contact with all client functions within the company
- Provide support to General Counsel and other business units
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to understand scientific and technical concepts quickly
- Collaboration skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and strong client-support skills
- High business acumen and ability to balance legal and business risks
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials
- 3-6 years of experience for Associate Director, 7-9 years for Director
- Science background a plus
- Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing

Working Conditions:

- Hybrid, up to 10% travel
- Remote work possible for exceptional candidates

Salary range: $150,000-$225,000, title and salary commensurate with experience
