A law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney for its Los Angeles, CA location. The Workers' Compensation Attorney will represent clients in workers' compensation cases. Must have Bar admission in California.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including intake, investigation, negotiation, and litigation.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage case deadlines and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bar admission in California.
• 1-10 years of experience in workers' compensation law.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:
