Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will manage litigation cases by reviewing documents, preparing legal motions, memorandums, and briefs, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Duties:

• Review documents pertinent to litigation cases
• Prepare legal motions, memorandums, and briefs
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor Degree
• Admission to the Bar (or passed Bar exam and pending full admission) in at least one (1) state in the United States or the District of Columbia

Education:

• Juris Doctor Degree

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in at least one (1) state in the United States or the District of Columbia
