Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in employment law preferred.
  • Active admission to the Georgia Bar or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current court procedures and employment-related agency protocols (both state and federal).
