Job Overview:

The Litigation Family Law Attorney will proactively manage family law cases, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and ensure client satisfaction through effective case management.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including regular communication, monthly status reports, and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and client satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on family law.
• Experience serving as 1st chair in family law cases.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
