As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for providing competent and ethical representation to clients in a variety of tort cases. This can include preparing legal documents, attending hearings and trials, and consulting with the Claims Department on insurance policy and personal injury claim questions. You will also have the opportunity to work on cases of moderate to great complexity and exposure, as well as assist other attorneys with their assigned cases.

At Farmers, we value public speaking skills and the ability to handle high case loads in confrontational situations. We are looking for candidates with at least three years of experience as an Attorney, including civil jury trial experience or equivalent ADR experience. A law degree and membership in good standing with the State Bar is also required.
