  • Confidently conduct and defend depositions, eliciting crucial information and preserving trial evidence.
  • Conduct extensive case-related investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with experts.
  • Engage in substantive law and motion practice, drafting persuasive motions, oppositions, and supporting briefs.
  • Assist in trial preparation, meticulously organize evidence, prepare witnesses, and ensure procedural adherence for successful courtroom advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
