The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience, with a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Preferred experience in patent prosecution related to electrical engineering, software, data science, AI, networking technologies, and machine learning is highly encouraged. USPTO admission is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Duties:
