Job Overview:

• Handle a full caseload of trust and estate matters
• Engage in heavy law and motion practice
• Conduct thorough discovery processes
• Assist in second-chair trial work

Duties:

• Manage and litigate trust and estate cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in trusts and estates litigation
• Membership with the California State Bar
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California State Bar Membership

Skills:
