Summary:

The company KLDiscovery is seeking actively licensed attorneys to work as document reviewers in complex litigation matters. This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity for residents of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Reviewers will be responsible for coding documents for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege using an electronic review platform. The pay rate is $28 per hour and the duration of the project varies from 1 week to 6 months. Job Responsibilities:

- Reviewing documents for complex litigation matters using an electronic review platform to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
- Project-based work as a temporary contingent employee

Position Details:

- Remote/work-from-home opportunity
- Reviewers must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Duration depends on the project; opportunities vary from 1 week to 6 months; possibly longer
- Flexible scheduling
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Thursday; 7 AM and 5 PM Friday
- Overtime may be available based on individual project demands, at the discretion of the end client

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience in electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation matters using our various review platforms including Nebula, EDR, and Relativity is preferred but not required
- Experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred but not required
- Assist with quality control, preparation of privilege, and redaction logs
- High-speed internet access at the home office and either a Mac or PC with Windows 10 or newer operating system is required for remote work
- Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and related remote, work from home office equipment
- Strong attention to detail/ability to prioritize tasks
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
