The ideal candidate will be responsible for various legal tasks, including taking depositions, communicating with claims representatives, meeting with insured individuals, drafting recommendation letters, answering discovery requests, preparing trial documents, and attending motions and court appearances.

Duties:

• Take depositions of witnesses, experts, and parties involved in personal injury cases.
• Write recommendation letters to clients or stakeholders as necessary.
• Communicate with claims representatives regarding case status and negotiations.
• Meet with insured individuals to discuss legal strategies and case developments.
• Answer discovery requests from opposing parties in a timely and thorough manner.
• Prepare trial documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial exhibits.
• Attend motions, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and development.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Experience in personal injury defense litigation preferred.
• High academic standards and integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education and Certifications:
