The position requires a strong background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning, neural networks, and deep learning algorithms.

Duties:

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, encompassing detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent offices to manage pending patent applications.
• Provide technical and scientific expertise to patent litigation teams.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas.

Requirements:

• Hold an advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Possess a robust background in Machine Learning, including experience with neural networks and deep learning algorithms.
• Have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• Demonstrate superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Registered before the . Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).
