The Senior Attorney will primarily focus on reviewing and drafting various legal documents, communicating with clients and legal professionals, and managing projects with attention to detail.

 

Job Details:

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Utilize transferable skills and showcase a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Successfully meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform all work duties as required.
  • Perform any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
  • Previous state and federal court experience is a plus.

 

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
  • Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters is preferred.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in-good-standing membership with the state Bar association.
  • Proven experience in legal research, writing, and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation laws.

 

Certifications:

State Bar admission.

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal drafting and research skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
