Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of post-JD experience in environmental regulatory matters.
  • Strong legal research and legal writing skills.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree.
  • Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Colorado or willing to complete the process to waive into the Colorado Bar.
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in Clean Air Act matters is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar or willingness to complete the process to waive into the Colorado Bar.
