Job Overview: A law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking an Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate must be a member of the Delaware Bar with experience in Personal Injury and/or Professional Liability litigation being preferred.

Duties:

• Conducted legal research and provided accurate analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and legal solutions.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and client's needs are addressed.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Delaware Bar in good standing.
• Prior experience in Personal Injury and/or Professional Liability litigation is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
