Duties:
• Provide legal counsel and support on international tax matters.
• Assist clients with inbound and outbound cross-border transactions.
• Conduct research and analysis on complex international tax issues.
• Draft legal memoranda, opinions, and other documents related to international tax planning.
• Collaborate with clients, accountants, and other professionals to develop tax-efficient strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements for international transactions.
• Represent clients in tax disputes and audits with tax authorities.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in State Bar.
• 3 years of experience in international tax law.
• Prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm is preferred.
• Degree in accounting, CPA license, or . in Tax is strongly preferred.
• Excellent academic and employment credentials.
