A law firm in San Diego, is seeking an International Tax Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law or accounting firm, with expertise in planning inbound and outbound cross-border transactions across various industries. Strong academic and employment credentials are essential, and candidates with a degree in accounting, a CPA license, or an . in Tax are strongly preferred. The role requires excellent research, analysis, and writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in State Bar. Duties: • Provide legal counsel and support on international tax matters. • Assist clients with inbound and outbound cross-border transactions. • Conduct research and analysis on complex international tax issues. • Draft legal memoranda, opinions, and other documents related to international tax planning. • Collaborate with clients, accountants, and other professionals to develop tax-efficient strategies. • Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations. • Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements for international transactions. • Represent clients in tax disputes and audits with tax authorities. • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
