The Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to the firm's patent-related practices, assisting in patentability assessments, post-grant proceedings, and patent prosecution for innovative clients.

Duties:

  • Perform patentability, freedom to operate, invalidity, and/or non-infringement analyses, including claim chart construction as applicable.
  • Draft post-grant documents (., petitions, replies) outlining technical arguments.
  • Advise post-grant and patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific areas of expertise.
  • Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative clients.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 0-3 years of post-grant and/or patent prosecution experience preferred.
  • Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
  • Admission to the . Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).
