The ideal candidate will have significant trademark litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong interpersonal skills.

Duties:

• Manage and lead trademark litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to intellectual property issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for trademark cases.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on trademark matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Significant experience, specifically in trademark litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
