  • Conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs for immigration court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff regarding client meetings and case strategy.
  • Counsel clients on their immigration options and determine the best course of action for successful outcomes.
  • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and develop case strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law by the highest court of any state.
  • 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in immigration law.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Effective caseload management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.

 

Education:
