  • Engage in fact investigation and development
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as necessary

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in complex business disputes
  • Experience as a federal court clerk is highly valued
  • Preference is given to candidates with deposition and court experience
  • Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for immediate admission
