The ideal candidate must have high-level experience in estate planning (including the drafting of Wills, Trust Agreements, Powers of Attorneys, and Health Care Directives), probate law, trust and estate administration, charitable planning, business succession planning, and related tax matters. Experience preparing and reviewing estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina (or eligibility to waive in).
