  • Litigate insurance and bad faith actions in Washington and other jurisdictions
  • Provide a wide range of insurance coverage services to clients
  • Handle breach of contract, bad faith, and all facets of insurance litigation from inception to trial
  • Prepare pleadings and briefs, manage discovery and depositions, conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
  • Provide liability analyses to clients and fashion litigation strategies
  • Experience with motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation
  • Handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • JD with excellent academic credentials
  • 4 years of solid litigation experience
  • At least 2 years handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and/or insurance-related actions
  • Current Washington Bar admission in good standing
  • California Bar Admission is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong litigation skills
  • Proficiency in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing abilities
