## Job Description
PwC is looking for a Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager to join our Internal Tax team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing a full range of taxation services to PwC related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management and transaction processing.

## Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities of a Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Developing new skills outside of comfort zone
- Actively resolving issues that prevent the team from working effectively
- Coaching and recognizing the strengths of others and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development
- Analyzing complex ideas or proposals and building meaningful recommendations
- Using multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations
- Addressing sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations
- Using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
- Developing a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients
- Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
- Simplifying complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points
- Upholding the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct

## Job Requirements and Preferences
In order to be considered for the Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager position at PwC, applicants must meet the following basic qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

- Master Degree
- Demonstrated understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A,B,C,D, E and year end planning
- Leveraged a network of internal stakeholders and external resources to meet the needs of and service a client-base of partners and principals within a global network of professional services firms
- Managed and performed individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives, preferably for a global network of professional services firms
- Utilized firm-issued technologies, ., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc), Google at Work (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), etc.
- Leveraged technical skills with reviewing individual tax returns and tax planning for partners within a firm or executives, especially identifying and addressing client tax issues
- Identified a broad range of planning issues that are applicable to the partner and directing them to the appropriate internal resources for assistance
- Led and collaborated with team members virtually, including managing and supporting the work/life balance of the team
- Built and maintained robust client relationships at the executive level
- Managed a team by leading teams to create an atmosphere of trust
- Sought diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
- Coached staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
- Utilized project management and communication skills, including managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets
- Prepared, coordinated, reviewed and presented complex written and verbal materials
- Worked within various tax preparation software and online tax organizers, especially leading executives to understand and use various proprietary software and websites
- Researched complex individual tax issues
- Led on-going change and leveraged new technology
- Demonstrated success as tax technical business advisor, including developing new relationships
- Demonstrated knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment
- Innovated through new and existing technologies and experimented with digitization solutions
- Worked with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients
- Utilized digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements
