Job Details:

• Perform delegated tasks and assignments from partners
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Draft and review written discovery, including e-discovery
• Draft, respond to, and argue motions
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
• Prepare for and appear in arbitrations, mediations, and court

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Washington
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Desire to represent individuals and families in need
• Experience in personal injury law is helpful

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in Washington
