What You'll Do
- Provide compliance and consulting services to Real Estate Investment Trusts, Real Estate Private Equity Funds, and real estate joint ventures and operating partnerships
- Work directly with clients and manage tax engagement team
- Access to elite group of specialists when needed
- Use of state-of-the-art technology
- Strong support system from firm leadership
- Assist clients with life events for partnerships
- Streamline tax compliance processes
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Advise clients on various tax issues
- Oversee complex federal tax compliance and consulting projects
- Manage engagement workflow, team resources, and billing
- Mentor and develop junior staff

- Address critical issues brought on by regulatory changes, competition, globalization, technology advancements, and changing customer demands

Qualifications
Required
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
- 5+ years of corporate or international tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Accreditation obtained (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, CFA, CFP)
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred
- Advanced degree (Masters of Tax, JD, LLM)
- Previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience
- Experience with US clients and understanding of US tax
- Effective communication and research skills
- Self-starter and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of real estate tax technical and transaction skills
- Management experience

Salary Information
- Wage range takes into account various factors including skill sets, experience, licensure, and other business needs
- Range estimate: $84,980 to $169,650
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
