Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support on healthcare-related matters, with a focus on peer review, medical staff, and medical group issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare laws, regulations, and case precedents.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters, including HIPAA and Stark Law.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and legal teams to address legal issues.
• Stay updated on developments in healthcare law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare law, with a focus on peer review, medical staff, and medical group matters.
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education:
