The ideal candidate will represent clients in consumer collections litigation, implement FDCPA requirements, develop case strategies, and manage collections processes for homeowner’s and condo associations.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in consumer collections litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Implement FDCPA requirements and address debt verification issues as necessary
  • Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Manage collections processes for homeowner’s and condo associations, ensuring timely and compliant procedures
  • Lead and supervise a team of associates and paraprofessionals, providing guidance, workload management, and training to meet case management and deadline requirements

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with emphasis in Homeowner’s Association Work (HOA)
  • Strong understanding of consumer collections litigation and FDCPA requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing homeowner’s and condo associations
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Missouri State Bar
