Job Summary:
The PTPA Manager at PwC will be responsible for providing tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of PwC, both Partners and Principals, across the US. This role will also involve managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives within a global network of professional services firms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience and relevant certifications such as CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar. A Master's degree is preferred. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and experience with tax preparation software and online tax organizers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and tax planning guidance to owners of PwC
- Manage and perform individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives
- Utilize firm-issued technologies and technical skills to review individual tax returns and identify/address client tax issues
- Lead and collaborate with team members virtually
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level
- Coach staff and provide timely feedback
- Prepare, coordinate, review, and present complex written and verbal materials
- Utilize project management and communication skills
- Research complex individual tax issues
- Demonstrate knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Innovate through new and existing technologies
- Work with large, complex data sets and utilize data visualization tools
- Utilize digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership skills
