The Mid-Level Healthcare Mergers And Acquisitions Associate Attorney will handle various aspects of mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector. They will collaborate with the healthcare mergers and acquisitions team to facilitate transactions and provide legal counsel to clients.

Duties:

• Handle mergers and acquisitions in healthcare services and healthcare technology.
• Provide legal advice and support on significant business transactions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare mergers and acquisitions team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Draft and review legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions and significant business transactions.
• Experience working on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Active, in good standing, State Bar license is required.
• Excellent academic credentials and transactional skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service ethic.
• Willingness to commit to developing expertise in healthcare mergers and acquisitions with support from the team.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
