Duties:

  • Handle a caseload of 20-30 cases in family law, from inception to resolution.
  • Manage cases involving divorce, legal decision making, parenting time, child support, and other family law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients in mediation and settlement negotiations.
