Job Details:

  • Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate documents.
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery requests.
  • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
  • Regularly attend court appearances.
  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
  • Draft motions for summary judgment.
  • Review and prepare summaries of medical records.
  • Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
  • Admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.

 

Requirements:

  • North Carolina licensed attorney with 3-10 years of experience.
  • Experience in the area of Workers' Compensation.

 

Skills:
