Apple is seeking a Legal Counsel with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience in competition and/or regulatory issues to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on a variety of competition and regulatory law issues, including the EU Digital Markets Act
- Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters globally
- Provide counseling on competition law and regulatory compliance to all levels of management and across all Apple business groups
- Collaborate with Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers

Qualifications:

- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
- Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills and ability to find practical solutions
- Self-starter with a curiosity for technology and a passion for innovation
- Experience with government competition law is a plus

- Base pay range is between $189, and $284,, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location
