  • 2+ years of experience in health care litigation, preferably with a concentration on False Claims Act cases.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or federal clerkship.
  • Excellent academic record demonstrating high achievement.
  • Strong persuasive writing skills with demonstrated experience in drafting federal court pleadings and motions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
