Duties:

  • Manage and lead a team of legal assistants, overseeing their work product and ensuring efficiency.
  • Take charge of all administrative, financial, and legal responsibilities directly related to Indiana files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Indiana Bar Admission is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of contested foreclosure experience.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of foreclosure laws and procedures.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
