Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to eminent domain and real estate law.
• Prepare and draft dispositive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case development for trial, including evidence gathering, witness interviews, and deposition preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with law and motion practice, particularly dispositive motions.

Education & Certifications:
