Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly qualified Senior Labor and Employment Associate Attorney/Counsel with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both litigation and counseling on a broad spectrum of employment law issues. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in handling discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims before government agencies, and state, and federal courts.

Duties:

• Litigate various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, before government agencies and state and federal courts.
• Provide counsel to clients on a full range of employment law matters.
• Demonstrate exceptional judgment in legal decision-making.
• Effectively handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action to clients and colleagues.
• Uphold a commitment to community involvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated record of successfully handling employment law cases.
• Florida Bar license.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid Florida Bar license.
