Job Title: Tax Senior - Nat'l Federal Tax Services - Partnership Solutions Group
Experience: 2+ years in federal partnership tax
Location: 61 locations nationwide
Salary Range: $77,070 to $175,500 (may vary based on factors such as experience and location)

Position Summary:

- Seeking experienced tax specialist frustrated with traditional tax compliance role
- Passion for client consultation and improving technology
- Opportunity to work with large-scaled operating partnership tax clients
- Diversify industry experience with various industries such as private equity, healthcare, tech, and more
- Deliver value to clients going through public offerings and work with external counsel and underwriters
- Develop understanding of public monetization transactional process
- Create cutting-edge technology for partnership tax, data analytics, and user experience
- Implement strategic tax structures and processes for clients
- Identify service opportunities and manage client accounts

Responsibilities:

- Refine skillset by working with large-scaled operating partnership tax clients
- Diversify industry experience by working on a variety of industries
- Deliver value to clients experiencing public offerings
- Assist clients with public offering transactions
- Develop understanding of public monetization transactional process
- Create cutting-edge technology related to partnership tax, data analytics, and user experience
- Implement strategic tax structures and processes for clients
- Identify service opportunities, manage client accounts, and advance Deloitte initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within hybrid work model requiring in-person collaboration 2-3 days per week
- 2+ years of experience in federal partnership tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio
- Experience in fast-paced, team environment
- Strong research skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% for work

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as MST, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience at Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Transaction and M&A experience
- Alteryx experience
