A law firm in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling personal injury cases and will have access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to auto accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability claims
• Conduct client consultations and assess the merits of potential cases
• Investigate claims by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing medical records
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Draft legal documents such as demand letters, complaints, and motions
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
• Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining case calendars
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends in personal injury litigation

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in personal injury law and litigation procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and advocate effectively on their behalf
