Duties:

• Conduct pre-litigation investigations.
• Represent licensed healthcare providers before licensing boards.
• Handle all stages of the litigation process.
• Prepare dispositive motions.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients.

Requirements:

• Active California Bar membership.
• Proven experience in litigation.

Education:
