Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in the State of California.
  • 2+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and procedures, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the State of California.
