A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a Plaintiff Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience to join their ultra-high-net-worth estate and tax planning team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and drafting complex estate planning documents, managing and administering large estates and trusts, assisting with tax filings, and counseling clients on various estate and tax planning strategies. Duties: • Develop and draft complex estate planning documents for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. • Manage and administer large and complex estates and trusts. • Assist with the preparation and filing of gift and estate tax returns. • Counsel clients on a broad range of estate and tax planning strategies. • Model and summarize advanced wealth transfer techniques. • Familiarize with wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. • Utilize exceptional writing ability and computer skills. • Work as a self-starter and team player. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Requirements: • Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited school. • Admission to practice law in Colorado, eligibility to sit for the Colorado Bar Exam, or ability to be waived in. • Familiarity with wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. • Relevant experience in estate and gift tax and business entities (preferred). • Exceptional writing ability and computer proficiency. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience: 2 years of experience as an attorney.
