Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Practice.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • JD from an accredited Law School.
  • Bar admission to practice law in Arizona.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Prior litigation experience is encouraged.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.
  • Bar admission to practice law in Arizona.
