A law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents, specializing in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda, demonstrating strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills. The Senior Attorney should be able to work independently or as part of a team, possess transferable skills, and have a robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.

 

Duties:

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
  • Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
  • Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize transferable skills and showcase a strong academic background.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • State and federal court experience is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

State Bar admission in Georgia.
