BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
DESCRIPTION

- Manage trademark matters for multiple business segments in product and content spaces
- Interact directly with teams to protect brands, trademarks, copyrights, and domain names
- Direct management of clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of US and foreign trademark portfolio
- Client counseling, licensing, developing and implementing intellectual property protection policies
- Educating and coaching the business on intellectual property matters
- Attorney in dynamic team of IP professionals responsible for trademark, copyright, and domain issues globally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work

Salary Information: The base pay for this position ranges from $105,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
