Los Angeles office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in class action litigation. The candidate will be drafting demand/notice letters and complaints, engaging in motion practice, interacting with co-counsel and clients, conducting and defending depositions, as well as generally managing the litigation. Must have strong research and writing skills and attention to detail. Must be licensed in California and have a . from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in New York is a plus.
