A law firm is seeking a Litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney for their Englewood, CO office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues.

 

Duties:

  • Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in case strategy development and management
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Conduct client interviews and case investigations
  • Assist in trial preparation and participate in trials as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in Colorado, license preferred
  • 0-5 years of civil litigation experience in personal injury law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and professionalism

 

Certifications:

License to practice law in Colorado (preferred)
