  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court hearings, representing clients effectively.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in medical malpractice or personal injury.
  • License to practice law in the state of Colorado (preferred).
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Experience in motions briefing, depositions, and trial or arbitration proceedings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • License to practice law in the state of Colorado (preferred).
