Duties:

• Handle insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Provide legal advice to clients on insurance-related matters and risk management.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal practice with a focus on insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Deep understanding of insurance coverage issues, particularly under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
